Dramatic set of six klismos dining chairs featuring a a hardwood frame with an ebonized lacquer finish in a dark grey tone. The frames have a classic tablet back and saber style legs in the Greco-Roman neoclassical style. The generous seat has a linen style fabric in a cream tone. The finish is hand rubbed and has a lovely aged patina. The chairs are very sturdy and strong with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. From an estate in San Francisco, CA.
