Grand Italian upholstered club chair or lounge chair designed by Ralph Lauren. The Brook Street club chair features an oversized beech frame with massive flat arms measuring 24 inches high. The frame is upholstered with a bespoke fabric having a geometric chevron pattern print in a dark grey blue tone. The fabric is reminiscent of art deco designs with diamond shaped apex patterns. The bottom of the chair is accented with decorative nickel brass tack nail heads. The seat has a fitted loose seat cushion that tethers to the frame and includes a matching throw pillow. The armchair is sturdy and solid with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The chair is supported by low profile round bun feet. The chair was individually bench made in Italy with a tightly padded finish with premium down. Chair retains the original RL tag with an MSRP of $8615. Makers label under seat. Very good, exceptional condition as seen in photos.
