A charming English late Victorian era three-tier garden plant stand etagere or jardinière. The stand is constructed in a three-tier "wedding cake" profile with flared basket shelves and scroll detailing. The white iron frame is decorated with wire basket borders with wrapped wire joins and flared basket borders in a distinctive demi-lune form. Finished in an antiqued white with authentic aged, distressed patina on the finish. The piece brings an immediate French Country or Victorian romantic flair, reminiscent of 20th century Beaux-Arts style of Garden Conservatories of England and France. Ideal for displaying plants, florals, fruits, pastries, linens, or as a bath or vanity storage. Could also serve as a display stand, staging at weddings or retail installations.
