Exceptional set of six French art deco gondola dining chairs crafted from radiant mahogany. The chairs are made in the manner and style of Pierre Larden (French 1902-1982). The frames have a dramatic klismos style tablet back and saber legs. The arms of the chairs are gracefully curved ending with a scroll evoking regency and empire design inspiration. The frames are sturdy and solid with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. Distinctive profile with newly upholstered seat cushions in a linen style fabric.
