Pair of A. Rudin Attributed White Coral Over Butter Club Chairs

A charming pair of 20th century bespoke skirted club chairs attributed to A. Rudin San Francisco, CA. Each club chair features a low barrel-back profile with integrated arms, a thick loose fitted seat cushion, and a matching loose back pillow (A. Rudin model No. 567). The upholstery is done in a butter-yellow shade with a white coral branch motif pattern in a French textured jacquard fabric, finished with a tailored skirt around the chair having tidy corner pleats. The chairs offer an elevated and tailored California Coastal or Palm Beach Regency style look, suitable for a variety of interiors. The chairs are sturdy and solid having excellent joinery and craftsmanship in exceptional condition as seen in photos. Sold as a pair. Provenance: from the San Francisco estate of late California Senator Dianne Feinstein (1933-2023).
