Extraordinary set of six English regency dining chairs crafted from mahogany. The chairs feature a rectangular tablet klismos style back rest conjoined to a generous curved seat. Upholstered with a thick seat having a golden geometric pattern fabric. The seat is supported by elegant turned legs in front and saber legs in back. The mahogany has a rich, dark finish. From an estate in San Francisco that has a similar set of 10 mahogany dining chairs with a caned back.
