Amazing set of four patio and garden faux-stone composite armchairs made in the style of Michael Taylor. The chairs feature a concrete or molded stone style of finish having an aged patina with stains and lichen to mimic age. The one piece forms have a subtle tulip flared shape. The chairs have a trompe l'oeil design appearing as draped fabric in a neoclassical carved stone style with a channeled finish. Very solid and sturdy with a seat height of 17 inches without cushions. The perfect accessory for the English garden or orangery. Sold as a set of four.

Condition: Distressed, wear consistent with age and use. Replacements made: new pads are not original. Minor hairline cracks on one arm as seen in photo. Beautifully crafted with strong solid joinery construction. The faux stone has an intentionally aged patina with staining and lichen to mimic age.
