Set of Four French Art Deco Armchairs after Jules Leleu


Extraordinary set of four French art deco chairs crafted from radiant mahogany after Jules Leleu. The chairs feature a large flared back with a contoured rest that is upholstered with an aged leather. The back has gracefully curved arms that conjoin to a thick padded seat. The leather is bordered by brass tack nail heads. The back of the chairs have exposed spindle supports in the frame. The generous seats are curved with a bowed front supported by elegant tapered legs. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship made in the wonderful manner and style of Jules Leleu.
