A beautifully crafted 20th century rattan and cane wicker bed frame crafted in the Organic Modern manner and style of Ralph Lauren. The case shaped frame features tall, boxy square ends crafted in a tight basket weave. The frame is entirely wrapped in rattan, with no additional ornamentation aside from the feet, giving the bed a clean and sculptural profile. The rattan is finished in a warm honey-toned finish, contrasting cleanly with the mahogany-toned feet the bed sits on top of. The platform bottom is fitted with a black fabric covered wood deck for the mattress. The frames is sturdy and comes complete with all necessary hardware. The bed blends California Coastal, Organic Modern, and Palm Beach influences, suitable for a variety of interiors. The bed platform measures 10" high.
