McGuire Two-Door Bronzed Iron Faux Bamboo Fireplace Screen
$6,800.00
A refined and rare organic modern faux-bamboo bronzed iron target motif fireplace screen, attributed to McGuire in the late 20th century. The two-door screen is beautifully crafted with faux-bamboo detailing framing two hinged mesh panel doors, each with diagonal X-formed bracing and a central circular double-ring target design medallion. A paneled and textured lower apron anchors the piece with intricate hand-hammered details. The screen is finished in warm aged bronze, with fine wire mesh and faux bamboo pulls to create a layered and tactile surface. The faux-bamboo is lashed together with faux-leather strap details matching their iconic target design furniture. Made on a large scale measuring over 4 feet wide. Both functional and decorative, the piece lends from Organic Modern, Coastal, Tropical, and Palm Beach styles. The screen frame is designed to be mounted on the sides. From a grand Napa Valley winery estate.
