Set of Six McGuire Antalya Laced Rawhide Rattan Dining Armchairs

Distinctive set of six laced leather rawhide and rattan dining armchairs made in the California coastal organic modern style by McGuire. The Antalya armchairs (Model #MCLM45) feature rattan pole frames reinforced with woven leather rawhide laces with lattice seats and backs. The rattan frame has an iconic directors chair design with x-form stretchers under the seat. The chairs have a rich, dark tobacco stain with an intentionally aged, distressed patina on the finish. The stain has a desirable weathered look with craquelure and age. Very sturdy and solid with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. McGuire plaques on bottoms of chairs. From an estate in Beverly Hills, CA. Sold as a set of six.

Condition: Good, wear consistent with age and use. Beautifully crafted with strong, solid joinery. Intentionally aged, distressed patina on the lacquer finish as seen in photos. Finish has fine craquelure patina on the leather straps.
