Exceptional rattan lounge chair made in the California coastal organic modern style by McGuire. The chair features a thick pole rattan frame with double walled sides and back of woven raffia or grasscloth. The gracefully curved horseshoe shaped back is conjoined to a generous deep seat with newly upholstered seat cushions in an Irish linen style fabric. Solid and sturdy with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The exposed joints are reinforced with leather rawhide laces. Matching sofa settee also available. From an estate in the Napa Valley, CA.
