A sculptural set of three Italian molded stone urn planters or jardinieres executed in a warm ivory travertine tone. The planters are finished in a Neoclassical style with Mediterranean and Provençal influence. Each urn planter features a crisply defined square top with reeded frieze. The frieze frames a deep circular planting well, the interiors intentionally left rough-hewn. The bodies swell gently above a stepped plinth base, producing a classic architectural silhouette. Subtle variation from planter to planter in the shaping and tooling creates some variance while retaining a cohesive, matching set. The pale stone exhibits natural inclusions and markings with light weathering, giving a natural and authentic character. Each planter is drilled for drainage at the base of the interior. Suitable for indoor, outdoor, or garden use.
