A refined "Mayfield Center Table" by Ralph Lauren features a substantial circular top finished in a radiant book matched mahogany veneer. The table is produced in Italy by artisans and finished in the U.S. by Theodore Alexander for Ralph Lauren. The top is crafted from eight mahogany panels with a rich swirled grain presented in a deep tobacco-to-chestnut brown finish with warm red undertones. The top rests on a tapered, vertically fluted Greco-Roman style column with a molded collar, anchored by a square plinth base with soft corners ending with block feet. The fluted column and plinth base create a classical architectural silhouette taking inspiration from Regency, Neoclassical, and Empire styles. Designed as part of Ralph Lauren's 'Mayfield' Collection, inspired by Mediterranean design with Hollywood influence. The table is sturdy and solid in exceptional condition as seen in photos. Each table is bench made with the highest level of craftsmanship. The original MSRP was $15,290. The original order tags are on the bottom of the table. Could also serve as a dining table with a comfortable dining height of 30 inches high and ample leg room.
