English Queen Anne Style Walnut Two-Tier Console Table 6 Ft
$3,800.00
A charming weathered long walnut console or sofa table crafted in an English Queen Anne, or Country English style. The piece features a large rectangular plank top measuring more than six feet long. The finish has an intentionally distressed patina to mimic age and beautifully worn walnut surface showcasing the grain and figuring of the wood. The top is supported by an apron fitted with four storage drawers, each fitted with oval brass bail pulls with a carved wreath accent. The table sits atop tall dramatic cabriole legs sweeping downwards into carved Chippendale style ball-and-claw feet, joined together by a floating rectangular shelf for additional storage. The lower section has accumulated a rustic weathered crackled patina with a scraped lacquer finish. The console is crafted in a classical Queen Anne style, well-suited for a variety of spaces as a console table, server, sideboard, sofa table, or hall table. From an estate in Santa Barbara, CA.
