Set of Six McGuire Rattan Loop Back Dining Armchairs

Distinctive set of six McGuire loop-back dining armchairs made in the California coastal organic modern style by McGuire. Designed by Elinor McGuire in the 1970s the Leona loop chair is one of their most iconic and beautiful styles. The rattan frames feature a sinuous loop-back splat inside of a square frame. The arms gracefully curve down to a generous square seat upholstered with a French tapestry style fabric. The rattan is reinforced with an abundance of leather rawhide laces on the exposed joints. The arms measure 25 inches high in the front. Bespoke set of chairs custom made with an intentionally aged patina on the rattan and leather strapping. Each chair has a McGuire plaque and pearl M on the back of the seat produced to their highest quality by McGuire Artisans. From an estate in the Napa Valley, CA.
