Classic country English style herringbone upholstered armchair or lounge chair designed by Ralph Lauren for Henredon. The chair features a large beechwood frame with English rolled arms and a fitted loose seat cushion. The frame is upholstered with a distinctive black and white herringbone pattern fabric having down filling. The generous seat has wide arms measuring 24 inches high. Very comfortable lounge chair with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. Exceptional condition as seen in photos. The chair is supported by shaped square block feet having a rich dark finish. Large scale chair with a handsome profile.
