British Colonial Style Anglo Indian Polychromed Linen Press

Fantastic Anglo-Indian 2-part linen press cabinet or dresser made in the British colonial style. The cabinet features two large front doors with a dramatic sunburst relief carving that opens to a large storage area. The doors are painted in a colorful citron yellow with blue trim. The bottom chest of drawers has five drawers with iron ring pulls decorated with a blue painted front. The painted finish has a lovely weathered and distressed patina. The case has decorative gadrooned trim and is supported by short tapered, fluted legs. Desirable age and patina from an estate in Napa Valley, CA. The large cabinet adds a strong, colorful focal point to any room or entry.
