Fantastic mid-century modern coffee or cocktail table hand-crafted from thick torch-cut iron in the brutalist/modern or industrial/avant-garden style by Silas Seandel (American b. 1937). The welded iron base features graceful swirling organic ribbons having an aquatic aesthetic. The base alone measures 50 inches by 30 inches and is topped with a large new pane of oval shaped glass. The table has a unique biomorphic organic textured form that is very intriguing and makes a strong statement. From an estate in San Francisco, California.
