A handsome bespoke set of ten signed Ralph Lauren Home “Noble Estate” dining side chairs, executed in a dramatic combination of a black leather seat upholstery, and a deep ruby red RL monogram jacquard fabric. Each chair was hand-carved in Italy from beech hardwood with a deep rich walnut finish. The chairs feature a tall, gently arched, padded, and upholstered back covered in a richly woven tone-on-tone crimson textile with elegant detailing, paired with smooth black leather seats accented with patinated brass tack nailhead trim. The elaborate upholstery fabric details include foliates, acanthus scrolls, crowns, and regal "RL" logos. The carved wooden frames are raised on elegant cabriole legs with shaped serpentine aprons. Each chair is individually bench made and finished with the highest level of craftsmanship. The chairs are crafted in an elegant French Country Provincial, or Louis XV taste with a distinctive profile. The chairs are made in Italy by Ralph Lauren with signatures, plaques, and original order tags on the bottoms. The chairs are finished in the U.S. by Henredon with labels. Sold as a set of ten.

Condition: Good, minor wear consistent with age and use. Beautifully crafted with solid joinery and construction. Very good, well-preserved condition as seen in photos. Light age appropriate wear and fading to upholstery. Minor chips, and scuffs which are difficult to see as expected.
