A whimsical set of four French mid-century modern architectural patio and garden lounge chairs crafted from iron and brass. Each chair is constructed from thick hand-forged iron rods in a geometric latticed frame with a bold open design around the back and sides and an iron strap seat. The frames are finished in a sleek black paint with a subtle gloss patina. Each corner of the chairs feature a turned and polished brass ball finial, adding a glamorous, and distinctive accent to the iron frame. The chairs are upholstered with broad loose fitted seat cushions, one pair in a light dove gray and the other pair in a light neutral oatmeal shade. The suite is crafted in an elegant mid-century French Modernist garden style with sculptural latticework and elegant hand-crafted wrought iron construction. The chairs are heavy and solid having excellent joinery and craftsmanship. Sold as a set of four.
