Set of Five Rondel Design Cast Aluminum Peanut Chairs


Rare set of five cast aluminum peanut chairs designed by Stephane Rondel (French). Rondel is a Parisian designer who now resides in New Zealand. These chairs were made in 1991 with a very limited production of 5,000 worldwide and many are on permanent display at prestigious museums in New Zealand. The three leg design chair is stackable and surprisingly comfortable. All are numbered and two are signed with makers mark on top. From an estate in Hollywood, CA.

Condition: Good, minor wear consistent with age and use. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship with age appropriate wear and patina.
