Rustic Country French Provincial Pine Farmhouse Dining Table

$2,800.00

A charming weathered French Country Provincial farmhouse dining table, constructed in the late 19th century. The rustic plank top is left unfinished, showing a warm and natural honey tone with visible grain and knots having an authentically worn patina. The plank top is supported by a deep apron on squared and tapered legs and retains original charcoal-toned paint, giving a rustic contrast to the unfinished pine on top. The wood has a desirable weathering and genuine aged patina throughout, lending the piece a rich farmhouse character. The edge of the top bears a stamped "GSC" monogram likely from the original maker. Crafted in a rustic Country and French Provincial style, the piece is well-suited for use as a dining table, work table, console table, kitchen island, or a desk. The table is sturdy with solid joinery and construction and a desirable distressed patina. The table has ample leg clearance measuring 24"inches from the apron to the floor.
