Rare pair of Michael Thonet Cafe Daum style bentwood armchairs produced by Salvatore Leone. Originally designed for the Cafe Daum in Vienna. These chairs feature a hand-caned seat and beautiful black lacquer finish. Each chair is decorated with the whimsical s-shaped design making a heart motif back. This chair design was the epitome of steam bentwood potential.
