Architectural modern minimalist pair of Italian etagere bookcases or display shelves designed by Ralph Lauren. Individually bench made in Italy and finished in the U.S. by Theodore Alexander. The "Cushing" bookcases feature quarter sawn oak shelves and blackened stainless steel vertical supports for a dramatic finish. Each case has 6 fixed shelves with an open linear design in the modernist taste with a strong graphic tailored rhythm. The cases are sturdy and strong in exceptional condition with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. Sold as a pair with an original MSRP of $21,870 each. Original order labels on bottoms from manufacturer.
