The chairs feature curved barrel-back bamboo frames with gently sloped arms and splayed woven basket-form bases, giving the chairs a relaxed and casual profile. The pair is finished in a warm honey toned woven wicker reed over a bamboo pole frame accented by an substantial braided rattan trim on the border. The chairs are paired with large loose seat and back cushions in a textural off-white woven linen-blend fabric. The woven rattan has an aged and varied patina on finish, hand-crafted imperfections, and old repairs as seen in photos. The set comes from a dry non-humid, mold free California climate. The chairs are constructed in a blend of California Coastal, Organic Modern, and Tropical Palm Beach styles, similar to pieces by Ralph Lauren, Michael Taylor, and McGuire.
