Amazing pair of rattan pole lounge chairs or club chairs made in the California organic modern style by McGuire. The chairs feature large rattan frames with rattan slat back and sides. The rattan is lashed together with leather rawhide laces. The generous seats have 23 inch high arms. Beautifully crafted with geometric square back and arms with a unique profile. Very comfortable seating position that could also serve as adirondack chairs. The rattan and leather have a warm honey toned finish. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship in very good condition with vintage fabric that shows well. From an estate in Malibu, CA.
