Imposing round pedestal center table or dining table featuring a thick Carrara marble top. The large table has a decorative frieze with a scrolled quatrefoil design around the edge. The top is supported by a substantial urn form having a stepped four leg base ending with scrolled feet. The base has a thick lacquer painted finish on the wood with an aged patina to commensurate age and use. Ample leg room measuring 26 inches from the floor to the apron. The base is topped with a thick Italian Carrara marble top in a conforming round shape with an ogee edge. Very impressive table, made on a grand scale from an estate in Beverly Hills, CA.
