John Vesey Style Bronze Mounted Steel Library Table
$9,000.00
Fantastic neoclassical design steel library table or desk made in the manner and style of John Vesey (American 1924-1992). The imposing desk features a heavy steel frame with a patinated bronze trim on the top. The top is supported by substantial square tapered and fluted legs ending with patinated brass sabots. The table measures 25.5 inches high from the floor to the apron for ample leg room as a desk. The table is reminiscent of his early design for a Rome apartment of Count Rodolfo Crespi in the early 1960's. Very heavy and solid with excellent joinery and craftsmanship.
