Georgian Style Mahogany Hunter Green Leather Wingback Chair

English Georgian style mahogany framed wingback chair featuring a regal hunter green leather upholstery. The large armchair features a hardwood mahogany frame with gracefully curved, fully developed wings. The frame has a classic hourglass shaped back and generous seat with English rolled arms. The seat cushion is newly upholstered with a striped fabric and conforming shape. The supple leather has a desirable aged patina on the arms. The green leather has a subtle marbled finish and is bordered by patinated brass tack nail heads. The arms measure 25 inches high and the seat measures 15.5 inches from the floor without the seat cushion. Excellent joinery and craftsmanship from the estate of artist Ira Yeager (American 1938-2022) Calistoga, CA.
