Gorgeous country French provincial canape sofa or settee made in the Louis XV taste. The sofa features a beechwood low profile carved frame with a serpentine back, arms, and apron. The settee has vintage upholstery fabric that is worn with losses that need updating as seen in photos. There are throw pillows and bolster pillows included. The large seating area has a fitted loose seat cushion. The case is supported by six cabriole legs ending with scroll feet. The beechwood has a rich, dark walnut finish with a desirable aged patina.
