French Provincial Bleached Oak Two-Tier Console Drapers Table 8 Ft
$6,800.00
A rustic country French Provincial style bleached oak two-tiered console table or draper's table measuring over 8 feet long crafted in the style of French merchant's counter or draper's work table. The gorgeous table features a broad oval oak plank top resting on substantial cabriole inspired legs. The plank top is finished with rough hand-hewn rounded edges and is crafted with a deep apron made up of layered oak planks. The six massive hand-shaped legs are constructed in a graceful scrolling baluster form rising out of an oval platform mirroring the top on a low plinth platform base. The table is built entirely from sun-washed bleached oak, left raw and unfinished to display the oak's rich grain and showcase the figuring, adding to the table's rustic country character. The table is well-suited for a variety of spaces, working beautifully as a console table, kitchen island, entry table, center table, sofa table, or store display table for retail use.
