Whimsical late 19th century english center table or side table made in the regency taste. The table features a modern lacquer speckled finish by artist Ira Yeager (American 1933-2022). The table is constructed from mahogany with a square form and gently curved sides. The top has a small galleried edge and is supported by square legs that conjoin with an X form stretcher. Painstakingly lacquer painted by Ira in festive pumpkin orange color with a black ground resembling an animal print motif. Provenance: Purchased from the Yager Galerie in Calistoga, CA.
