Grand English fireplace fender made in the early 20th century in the Edwardian taste. The large fender features a patinated brass finish. The frame is constructed from stacked ball finial forms conjoined by round stretchers mounted to a flat support. Strong joinery with a striking profile and rich aged finish. From an estate in Napa Valley, CA.
