Pair of Ralph Lauren Wicker Lounge Chairs and Ottoman
$18,000.00
A rare matching wicker lounge set designed by Ralph Lauren in the California coastal organic modern taste. The set consists of a pair of woven rattan lounge or club chairs and a coordinating rectangular ottoman from the estate of the late California Senator Dianne Feinstein (1933-2023). The sculptural chairs are executed in a warm golden or honey-toned rattan wicker with a tight uniform weave and feature gracefully sloping rounded arms, deep seats, and gently reclined backs. The chairs are supported by large plinth bases with a braided rattan trim along the edges. The chairs are finished with large fitted loose cushions upholstered in a textured neutral ecru or oatmeal toned fabric. The matching ottoman has a similar rectangular box form as the chairs and features a generous matching cushion. The chairs are sturdy and strong with excellent joinery and craftsmanship having a tidy finish in exceptional condition. The set blends California coastal organic modern, and Palm Beach regency styles, usable for a number of interiors. Bespoke chairs custom made for the Feinstein estate in San Fransisco, CA The chairs arms measure 23" high. The ottoman measures 34" wide, 24" deep, and 20" high. Sold as a pair including ottoman.
