Gorgeous Italian window bench crafted in the neoclassical taste featuring carved plume feathers and swag. The trompe l'oeil bench is hand-carved from beech with an intentionally distressed painted finish. The seat is upholstered with soft jute fabric bordered by patinated brass tack nail heads. The sides are decorated with swag and tassels and the seat is supported by flared plume feather legs. Sturdy and strong with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The bench measures over 4 feet long. Perfect as a window bench, foot of a bed, or under an entry table.
