Grand hardwood carved St. Germain finished Venetian sofa designed by Ralph Lauren. This imposing sofa measures over 8.5 feet long and features a hump-back frame with large rolled arms. The hardwood frame has a St. Germain near ebony dark finish and is upholstered with gorgeous plush linen fabric in a stylish sand or light camel tone. The borders of the frame are decorated with large brass tack nail heads. The gracefully curved serpentine apron is supported by eight cabriole legs ending with scrolled feet. The sofa is heavy and solid with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The sofa is topped with deep fitted cushions and five oversized throw pillows. Elegant large scale with a distinctive profile. Makers mark and order tag under seat.
