Amazing pair of large pedestal drinks tables made in the Moorish Middle Eastern or Moroccan style with intricate mosaic inlay. The pedestals measure 28.5 inches high with an octagonal form. The tops have a subtle galleried border decorated with geometric patterns of wood, mother-of-pearl, and shell. The sides are embellished with intricate inlay in alternating geometric patterns. Each side has a Moorish window that become the legs ending with shaped feet. Painstakingly hand-crafted in Turkey. Rare to find a matching pair of Islamic decorated tables. Sold as a pair. From an estate in San Francisco, CA. Very good condition with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. Beautifully aged patina as seen in photos.
