A sculptural aluminum patio and garden side or drinks table designed by Michael Taylor. The Arcadia collection table known as the "ball cocktail table" (model #MTD 2701) features an optional premium bronzed powder-coated upgrade executed in a dark brown gray metallic finish. The circular top is formed as a round shallow tray with a subtle recessed field and a raised gallery edge. The top is supported by three tapered, blade-like legs rising to meet the rim. Each leg is crowned by a dramatic cast leaf motif crest. The legs are connected by arched stretchers conjoined by a central ball finial sphere, creating an airy, open profile. The table is finished in a dark gunmetal gray brown finish, having been newly refinished and powder-coated. The bronzed finish has a subtle shimmer when viewed in the direct light. The table is a versatile accent piece, suitable as martini table, side table, or drinks table, and harmoniously blends Organic Modern and Neoclassical styles. In like-new condition having excellent joinery, solid construction, and premium finishes as seen in photos. This is one of four matching bronzed ball tables available at this time.
