Dramatic Art Deco style birch sofa or settee made in the manner and style of Jules Leleu. The sofa features a plush, dark emerald mohair upholstery that beautifully contrasts the honey toned birch frame. Bespoke sofa custom made for an estate in San Francisco, CA. Very heavy and solid with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The sofa is supported by a base with a floating design on the bottom. The mohair is bordered by a welt and the rich fabric is taut and fitted like a fine Italian suit. Amazing profile with gracefully curved back and minimalist style.
