Amazing pair of barrel back form rattan wicker lounge chairs or club chairs made in the California coastal organic modern style by McGuire artisans. The rare chairs feature a strong rattan frame covered with woven wicker. The arms gracefully curve around the frame with a decorative band of braided wicker. The set includes an ottoman measuring 24 inches wide, 15 inches deep, and 18 inches high. The chairs and ottoman have newly upholstered fabric on the cushion with a large gingham pattern design. The chairs are in exquisite condition with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The natural finish on the wicker has a desirable faded and aged patina and the chairs have a classic silhouette and are very comfortable. From an estate in Santa Barbara, California. Sold as a pair.
