Rare pair of oversized rattan lounge chairs made in the California coastal organic modern style by McGuire artisans. The chairs feature a large frame crafted from bent pole rattan and oak. The rattan is gracefully curved and lashed together with leather rawhide laces. The generous seats have newer seat cushions in an off-white cream tone in an all-weather outdoor fabric. The aged finish is slightly more faded on one chair as seen in photos. Very strong and sturdy with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The chairs are very comfortable with 22 inch high arms. Bespoke custom ordered chairs with McGuire plaques and original order tags on bottom. Sold as a pair. Leather back pillows shown are not included, only the seat pad.
