Distinctive mid-century modern Koch and Lowy signed OMI pharmacy floor lamp featuring a dramatic bright polished chromed steel finish. The design showcases a slender vertical stem anchored by a weighted, iron rectangular plinth base. The tilting shade is constructed in an industrialist style and attached by an articulating swivel joint. The adjustable neck allows the lamp to adjust from a max height of 42" to a minimum height of approximately 37"inches high. The underside of the shade is finished in a light reflective tone to enhance illumination. Produced in the late 20th century by Koch and Lowy signed OMI on the top of the support arm and stamped on the bottom of the base. The collectable lamp is in good working order with a bright polished chromed finish and lightly aged patina as seen in photos. From an estate in San Francisco, CA.
