Grand whimsical oil and acrylic on canvas painting depicting a large hare or bunny in blue overalls by Ira Yeager (American 1938-2022). The wood canvas frame has a gracefully curved arched top. The rabbit is standing on grass with an artist signature on the bottom left side. Beautifully colored and detailed with a light oyster grey background. Provenance: Estate of Cal and Joann Setzer Sacramento, California. Estate of Cinders Hope Setzer, Palm Springs, California by descent. Original tag when purchased from 12-4-1987 bearing the name "La Ville du Soleil" which was an antique store located on Sansome Street San Francisco, California from the 1960's.
