Gorgeous country French provincial farmhouse dining table featuring a bleached oak or limed finish. The table has a thick plank top supported by a trestle base. The trestle is conjoined to the top with a rustic wedged through tenon construction. The base has alpine style baluster shaped legs with decorative rosettes or roundels. The edges are subtly chamfered and soft. The legs are conjoined by a long stretcher having an exposed mortise and tenon joinery and shaped ends. The bleached finish has a natural organic patina that showcases the rich woodgrains and natural markings. The natural patina is a light honey or straw tone that could be waxed, darkened, or enjoyed as is. The table is sturdy and strong with excellent joinery and craftsmanship in an old world style. The table was made on a large scale with a classic European profile and Euro skinny dimensions.
