A handsome pair of Bernhardt Furniture Company “Soho Luxe” cube side drinks tables, constructed of burlwood and polished stainless steel. Each table features a substantial cube body painstakingly veneered in richly figured burlwood with a warm lacquered amber-brown finish. The side cut-outs of the open construction are framed by polished stainless steel trim outlining the bracketed and quatrefoiled openings, giving a subtle Art Deco touch to the tables. The polished and reflective trim adds a crisp contrast to the lively natural grain patterns of the wood. The tables are functionally versatile as drink tables, end tables, side tables, nightstands, or accent tables in a modernized Art Deco style. The tables retain the original Bernhardt factory labels to the underside. Bernhardt model number 368-111, from Bernhardt's Soho Luxe collection. The tables are sturdy with solid joinery and construction. Sold as a pair.
