Rustic country French provincial farmhouse dining table featuring a bleached oak finish. The country table has a rectangular top crafted from 1.5 inch thick oak planks. The top is supported by a substantial trestle base with thick, turned legs ending with wide shoe feet. The legs are conjoined by a long center stretcher. The table is heavy and solid with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The trestle base was constructed in the early to mid-20th century with a later added plank top. The oak features a bleached finish that showcases the natural woodgrains and warm tone. The oak has a desirable aged patina that adds character and charm to the piece in a rustic aesthetic.
