Set of Six Neoclassical Style Gilt Dining Chairs After Versace

Stunning set of six shiny gold dining chairs after Versace. The chairs feature thick gilt metal or gilded metal frames made in the neoclassical taste. The chair backs have greek column style fluted supports on each side surmounted by a humped crest with turned finials on each side. The crest has decorative greek key motifs in silver metal over a black velvet ground. Above the greek keys is a round onyx stone mounted in a gilt scrolled broach. The seats are upholstered with a velvet fabric having Versacesque style print. Very comfortable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. The seats are supported by elegant fluted legs that taper and end with silver ball shaped feet.
