Rare set of six salon dining armchairs (model #MCM222B) designed by Orlando Diaz-Azcuy for McGuire. Made in the California coastal organic modern style with a natural finish on the rattan. The frames have a distinctive square back inset with a round splat. The splat has a geometric woven bamboo panel inset with a lovely texture. The chairs have long gracefully curved arms and a generous seat with a thick cushion having vintage fabric. Beautifully crafted with solid joinery and an aged patina on the finish. All six chairs are armchairs measuring 24 inches high. Sold as a set of six. From an estate in Pebble Beach, CA.
