Stylish set of four post modern dining armchairs designed by John Coleman for Allermuir in the late 20th century. Known as the Mollie chair with a gracefully curved wood shell in an ebonized finish. The shell seat is supported by chromed steel legs. The chairs have a whimsical mid-century fabric design of sunbursts over a black ground. The chairs are solid and comfortable with excellent joinery and craftsmanship. Original order tags on bottoms of chairs. From an estate in San Franscisco, CA. Sold as a set of four.

Condition: Good, minor wear consistent with age and use. Beautifully crafted with strong solid joinery. Age appropriate wear and fading on upholstery that shows well and is very presentable. Very good condition as seen in photos.
